How do I pay?
You can book in using our online booking and payment system. You can also pay by card or cash at the clinic on the day of your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than one working day’s notice (24 hours) will be charged in full. This includes cancellations due to a change in your work commitments, sickness or childcare issues. We do not accept cancellations over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), so if you need to cancel an appointment on a Monday, please contact us on the Friday before. Our cancellation fee will not apply if you demonstrate a positive PCR or lateral flow test.
